How to cook pork
It's no secret that sometimes old, proven recipes will give odds to exotic novelties. What can be more delicious than a piece of baked pork, juicy, hearty, fragrant? For sure, every housewife has a couple of checked recipes for pork dishes.
For example, you can cook pork in foil with herbs.
It will take: a piece of pork grams of 700, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, half a lemon, pepper, cumin, spicy herbs and black pepper. Before cooking, the pork is divided into portions, approximately the size of the palm. Well, if the meat is with a small fat, which melts, will give the meat a mouth-watering juiciness. You can cook pork with pineapple in the oven
This will require: a pound of meat and a can of 200 g. Sweet canned pineapple rings, a bundle of mayonnaise, a large onion and 2 large tomatoes, a handful of olives, salt, cheese and pepper. A large sheet of foil is spread on a baking tray and oiled with vegetable oil. Meat is cut into portions, washed, blotted with a towel, salted, dipped in mayonnaise and laid on foil. Tomatoes cut in circles, and onions rings, after which they spread them on meat. Rings of pineapple spread over onions and grease with mayonnaise. Sprinkle on top with grated cheese and decorate the dish with olives - stuck the olive in the middle of a pineapple ring and cover with foil on top. Bake pork for about 50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, 10 minutes before the end, the foil is opened to make the cheese brown.
Pork with mushrooms and cheese will taste to anyone. To prepare this dish you need to take: half a kilo of pork tenderloin, 400 gr. Champignons or any other fresh mushrooms, a piece of cheese weighing 100 grams, 2 cloves of garlic, vegetable oil, pepper, dill and salt. Pork is washed, cut into thin slices, beaten, rubbed with crushed garlic and salt. Lay the meat in a frying pan, add butter and fry for 3 minutes on each side on high heat. In a separate frying pan fry finely chopped mushrooms and onions for 6-7 minutes. The meat is spread on a baking tray, the mushroom fry is topped off and sprinkled with grated cheese. Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of foil and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
You can cook pork with carrots and garlic. For this dish you will need: a bunch of leek, a pound of pork, 2 carrots, pepper and salt. A whole piece of pork is washed, dried and pierced with a thin knife. From the ramson cut the leaves, leaving only hard stems, carrots are cleaned and cut into narrow slabs. Pork the pork, pushing the wild garlic and carrots into the cut openings. Sprinkle finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper, wrap the piece in foil and put in the oven for an hour and a half at a temperature of 190 degrees.
When the time is very short, you can cook pork with a side dish of potatoes. Half a kilo of meat will require pieces of 8 potatoes, an onion, tomatoes and cheese. Pork cut into thin, no more than a centimeter of the layers, then washed the resulting pieces and beat them well. Potatoes are cleaned and cut into slices, the same way they do with onions and tomatoes. Potato mugs are put on a sheet of foil. Meat is salted, peppered and laid over the potatoes, then comes a layer of onions, tomatoes and grated cheese. We cook the pork for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
