All ingredients are mixed in deep containers - meat, potatoes, onions, mayonnaise, salt and spices. The foil is divided into small sheets, in the center of each spread a portion of pork with potatoes. Wrap and spread on a baking sheet. Pork in foil with cheese

It will take: half a kilo of pork, a piece of hard cheese 100 grams, a teaspoon of mustard and a dining room of mayonnaise, salt and a little vegetable oil. Pork is cut into 1 cm thick strata, beaten slightly. Washed, dried, rubbed with a mixture of mustard and mayonnaise and slightly salted. Pork in honey sauce

For cooking, you need: a pound of pork, 2 tbsp. Tablespoons of honey and 1 tbsp. A mustard spoon without a slide. For marinade you will need: a liter of water, 100 gr. Salt and 50 gr. Sugar, onion and spices (peppercorn, ginger root, cinnamon stick, 4-5 cloves, caraway, garlic). Prepare the marinade - put the root of ginger (a small piece) in the water, a couple of cloves of garlic, a couple of cumin pinch, cinnamon stick, chopped onion, cloves, bring to a boil and cool. In the same marinade put a piece of meat and leave it for a day to soak. The next day the pork is taken out, wrapped in foil and sent to the oven for an hour and a half to bake at a temperature of 220 degrees. Prepare the glaze - mix honey with mustard and cover with this composition a ready-made piece of pork. After that, meat is sent to bake for another 20 minutes, after opening the foil on top.
