Naturally, in this case it is not necessary to hope for a very high degree of strength. Most often the extruder is used when it is necessary to join sheets of large thickness.

- Welding with a special gun, giving hot air. Here, too, you need a special welding rod. However, the device is not able to maintain a high temperature of the air constantly. This indicates that the seam can not be very high quality. Naturally, there can be no question of soldering thick pieces of polypropylene in this case. The gun just does not warm the seam well enough.

The welding process itself must be done with caution. Consider the quality of the stick. For example, if it is refractory, then the force of pressing the gun on the seam increases.
