Puff pastry with cheese

First you need to make a dough, since it should be infused in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. To make it, take a container, fill it with 400 grams of flour, a little salt, 20 g of sugar and 0.5 tsp. Soda. Mix all dry ingredients.

In a separate container, put 50 grams of soft butter and 100 g of sour cream. Stir well. Just do not beat the oil, as it can exfoliate. Now mixed sour cream with butter should be poured into a container with flour. Knead the dough. If it turned out too thick, add more sour cream. Meanwhile, boil 2 eggs and finely chop. Rub 150 g of brynza on a large grater, finely chop a bunch of greens and one onion. Combine the filling, mix, taste salt, pepper.

From the dough roll 3 cakes. On a greased baking sheet, put one layer and spread the stuffing. Now put the second cake on top. On it, evenly distribute the filling and cover it with the third layer. Lubricate the cake with an egg and put in a pre-heated oven.

Adding Tomatoes

With tomatoes is not less delicious pastries. For its preparation, soften 100 g of butter and add 50 grams of fatty sour cream, add salt and mix. In the same capacity, gradually add 200 g of flour. Knead the dough, wrap it in a food film and set aside for 30 minutes.

Sift 350 g of flour. Leave 50 grams for the surface to knead the dough. The remaining 300 g gradually add to the container with kefir. Knead the dough so that it sticks to the hands lightly. It does not have to be cool.

Dough for 40 minutes, clean in the refrigerator, and in the meantime, prepare the cheese filling. Brynza (300 g), grate on a large grater, remember with a fork, cut one small bunch of greens finely and combine with cheese.

Divide the cold dough into several pieces. It should be about 4 balls that need to roll out to fit the shape. For each layer, evenly spread the filling. When we reached the last circle, decorate it with melted or hard cheese.

Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. It turned out a delicate, tasty and beautiful pie with cheese on kefir.

Add meat

Such a pie turns out to be more nutritious and great for a festive table. Puff kneaded dough can be bought at the store. You need 0.5 kg. Cook 250 grams of pork and ground beef. Mix it, salt, pepper and lightly brown it, so as not to overdry.

Take 2 pcs. Onions, finely chopped. It should be fried until golden brown. Onion pour into a container to the stuffing, mix well and put into the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Grind 250 g of unsalted cheese, a bunch of greens and 2 eggs. Remove the mince from the refrigerator. Stuff with cheese and add to the meat, mix thoroughly. Now you can warm up the oven to 180 degrees.

Meanwhile, grease the baking sheet, cover it with the first layer of dough. Evenly distribute the filling. Then cover with the second layer, and the edges of the dough should be greased with egg. You can tie the edges and you can put them in the oven. The cake is baked for about 30 minutes.

Pie with cottage cheese and cheese

To make this baking, you will need a puff pastry. You can buy it in the supermarket if you do not want to mess around with flour. Then cook only the stuffing. To do this, mash 250 grams of cheese and cottage cheese with a fork so that there are no large lumps.

Finely chop the green onions, parsley and dill, add one clove of garlic and 100 g of sour cream. If the cheese is not salted, then you can lightly salt and pepper with white pepper, as it gives piquancy to the filling. Curd, cheese and greens stir.

Turn on the oven, and while it is heated to 180 degrees, grease the baking tray with oil and place one layer of puff pastry on it. On it lay out the filling, which should be distributed evenly. The second layer, cover the pie and put in a preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes.

Cooking tips

The cake will turn out to be less caloric if you do not add eggs to the dough. If they are very necessary by prescription, then put more greens and vegetables in the filling, and less meat products.

To prevent the dough from burning down, cover the bottom with biscuits or semolina. It is undesirable to lubricate with margarine, as sometimes an unpleasant odor is obtained, which goes to the cake.
