Pies with apples are a classic of culinary art, and it will always be relevant. Especially if you combine it with modern delights as sauces and other delicious supplements. Dough is prepared yeast, in such proportions: 1 kg of sifted wheat flour requires warm fresh milk - 2 and a half cups, yeast - 30 grams (fresh), butter or margarine bakery - pack (150-200 grams), salt - to taste , Eggs - 2 pcs., Sugar - 3-4 tablespoons or more (as you want).
