Two eggs and a third of a glass of sugar beat whisk. Add 100 g of softened butter, 100 g of mayonnaise and whisk again. Soda at the tip of the spoon is quenched with vinegar and added to the egg mass. Two glasses of flour sift through a sieve to the countertop, the same is done with a third glass of starch (any). Gradually add the flour to the total mass and mix until the lumps disappear. The dough should turn out to be elastic and not very steep. We put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Nuts with boiled condensed milk without eggs

250 grams of margarine or butter slightly soften and mix well with half a glass of sour cream and the same amount of sugar. Add soda vinegar (half teaspoon), lemon juice (a couple of drops), grated zest and three glasses of flour. Dough, despite the lack of eggs, should turn out to be soft and gentle.

Now that we have kneaded the foundation in one way or another, we begin to bake our Nuts with boiled condensed milk. How to do it? Electric or ordinary hazel to warm, brush with oil on the inside of the brush. Roll small balls of dough, lay them in the grooves. Close the upper part of the device, press the handles firmly, then open the frying pan and remove the excess of the dough with a knife. Close and fry again just on the stove, over medium heat: two minutes from the side where the grooves are, and the minute from where the bulge of the shells is located. If you do not have hazelnuts, but there are molds, then the products are baked in the oven at 180 C until golden. At the end of the shell are combined with condensed milk, mixed with the filling.
