These berries were highly valued by our ancestors, they were harvested for the winter, they made from them compotes, jam, syrups. Thanks to such a rich chemical composition of berries, dishes made from cowberries are of great benefit to those who regularly use them. For example, cowberry fruit and jelly improves the work of the stomach of patients suffering from gastritis with low acidity. It is also an excellent diuretic, and therefore can be used as a prevention of stone formation in the kidneys. Morse from cowberry reduces pressure, lowers temperature, quenches thirst, helps with inflammation of the pancreas. To an incomplete list of the virtues of cowberry, its beneficial effect on the skin can be attributed, and therefore it is not surprising that cranberries are actively used in cosmetology.

Great popularity is enjoyed by Morse from cowberries. Its recipe may vary slightly, although it does not affect the taste and benefits of the drink. Morse is made from fresh berries, and also from frozen or canned cowberry. Cowberry drink perfectly fights with manifestations of colds, and therefore simply irreplaceable in frosty periods.

Now we will stop on how to brew mors from cowberry. A few tips for making this delicious and healthy drink. To prepare Morse, we need the berries, water and sugar (or honey, it was part of the morphs of our ancestors). By combining these components at a certain stage, we will get the desired fruit of cranberries. The recipe for a drink requires such a component as water. Tap water in the preparation of mors is not good, it is best to use spring water.

First you need to sort out the berries, removing the leaves and trash. If berries are frozen, then before cooking they must be thawed for several hours. We put the clean berries in glass, ceramic or porcelain dishes (cranberry berries contain a lot of acid, which is able to contact with metal) and knead until the juice appears.

The resulting mixture is wiped through a sieve and cooled in a refrigerator. Then add the water to the berry mixture and boil for five minutes on low heat. Adding sugar, some more time boiling the drink (just a couple of minutes), after which we remove from the fire. Covering the pan with a lid, let the drink stand and cool for three hours. Morse from cranberries, the recipe of which, it turns out, is quite uncomplicated, ready. Preparing the necessary ingredients will not take long. For Morse it will take only three hundred grams of berries, two hundred grams of sugar and two liters of water. The received drink should be kept in the cold no more than 24 hours from the moment of its preparation.
