How to apply 'Dibasol' for children

An increasing number of children, including newborns, have neurological problems that can and must be eliminated. In addition, "Dibazol" for children is characterized as moderately stimulating the immune system, due to its ability to improve the synthesis of interferon.

If the drug is used orally, then its absorption occurs in the gastrointestinal tract. The effect is achieved in half an hour and lasts for several hours. The drug is excreted mainly by the kidneys, and only a small part leaves through the intestine.

The solution for injections can be used both intravenously and intramuscularly. The dosage and duration of the course is determined by the attending physician. If the administration is done intramuscularly, the solution is diluted with water for injection. For the introduction through the vein for dilution, sodium chloride will be needed . Preparation and administration of the drug "Dibazol" for newborns and older children should only be carried out under the supervision of a doctor. If necessary, a second course of treatment can be carried out 3-4 weeks after the first.

Do not give medicine if the patient has a history of illness, accompanied by convulsive syndrome, decreased muscle tone, heart failure. If the work of an adult patient is related to the management of transport or dangerous mechanisms, then the drug should be administered with caution, as it causes dizziness.

"Dibazol" for children is better to use in injections. In this case, the time between the use of the drug must be strictly observed. "Dibazol" for children can not be used if there is an increased sensitivity to the components contained in it.
