Homemade raspberry wine

To date, raspberry wine is quite popular, and cooked at home, it has not only a marvelous aroma, but also a magnificent unique taste. For its manufacture use the overripe, but good and pure raspberries. It is sorted out, the stems and damaged fruits are removed. Prepare this alcoholic drink in several ways. Let's consider this issue in more detail.

Raspberry wine №1

Ingredients: four kilograms of raspberries, four liters of clean water, one kilogram of two hundred grams of sugar.

The berries are picked, crushed and put into a 10 liter bottle. In a separate container, sugar is diluted in water and heated until the latter dissolves completely. The syrup is cooled and filled with a bottle with a berry to the base of the neck. The bottle is kept open for several days (until the fermentation is over)

When the fermentation is over, the wine from raspberries is placed in the cold for three days. During this period, a sediment should form on the bottom of the vessel. Drink filtered, using cotton wool filtered, and then bottled. Store alcohol in a cool and absolutely dry place.

Raspberry wine №2 (high quality)

Ingredients: five kilograms of fresh raspberries, five liters of water, one and a half kilograms of sugar.

Berries are passed through the juicer. In a separate container, heat water with sugar until the latter dissolves. Then the syrup is cooled, mixed with raspberry juice, poured into a bottle and placed for five days for fermentation.

When the fermentation is over, homemade raspberry wine is filtered with cotton wool and bottled, which is then clogged and laid horizontally. Store the product in a cool place.

Sweet wine from raspberry

Ingredients: six liters of raspberry juice, two kilograms of six hundred grams of sugar, two and a half liters of water, one liter of vodka.

Raspberry wine is prepared in a classic way. In the unlighted juice, which is obtained as a result of squeezing fresh raspberries by the press, put one kilogram of six hundred grams of sugar before fermentation, and eight hundred grams of sugar - after. When the fermentation is over, one liter of vodka should be added to ten liters of the beverage, after which the drink is aged for five days. Then the wine is filtered, the remaining sugar (two hundred grams) is added and bottled. Ready-made alcohol has a pleasant acidity and the aroma of fresh raspberries.

Strong raspberry wine

Ingredients: five kilograms of berries, three hundred grams of sugar, two liters of water, yeast leaven.

Berries squeeze, add one liter of water and sugar. One more liter of water is added to the squeezes and allowed to stand for six hours, then they are again subjected to pressing.

The juice obtained in this way is mixed with the juice, wrung out before, pour the leaven and leave for ten days for fermentation. Over time, the drink is filtered, add to it one hundred and fifty grams of sugar (per 1 liter of juice) and again put to wander for a few days.

When the fermentation process is over, alcohol is added to the drink in an amount of half a liter for every ten liters of wine, bottled or bottled, and then clogged. This alcohol is stored in a cool place.
