We should not forget that the morning exercises for men do not set the task of "sculpting" the body, do not try to "squeeze" the body of records. The task of morning exercises is to prepare the body for the day's activity, increase blood flow and improve muscle tone.

Do not perform the entire set of exercises for charging immediately after waking up. It is better to let the body wake up, "come to life". Usually it takes up to twenty minutes. Again, do not immediately jump on the treadmill and start working in a reinforced mode. To begin with, you need to do some warm-up exercises, preparing the heart muscle for more serious stress.

Warm up

1. Rotational movements of the neck in different directions. Performing slow head inclinations, deep forward-backward.
2. Bring the hand into a fist and turn the fists back and forth. Hook your hands in the lock. Wave-like movements of brushes perform not abruptly, smoothly.
3. Perform rotational movements with shoulders. Raise your arms up through the sides. Cross arms "scissors" in front of the chest.
4. Lie on the floor and with your hands clasped behind your head, perform lifting of the case. Knees can be pulled to yourself, and you can leave your legs lying straight on the floor. In the second case it is better to fix the feet, for example, under the sofa or under the battery.
5. Bend forward. For less trained men - touching the floor with your fingers. The more prepared should touch the floor with the palms.
6. Carry out the rotational movement of the pelvis in both directions.
7. An excellent way to stretch the muscles will be the execution of the flailing moves with your feet. You can perform flips to the sides, making them first one foot, and then changing it the opposite. Perform this exercise should be, leaning against any support, such as a wall or table.

Morning exercise for men involves the inclusion of several strength exercises. After warm-up, you can do push-ups from the floor. Such an exercise works out not only the muscles of the back, chest and shoulder girdle. After such push-ups, the internal organs begin to "wake up" and work better: the liver, intestines, stomach, etc.

If the house has a crossbar - it is worth doing several pull-ups. Do not get carried away! Remember that morning exercises for men do not aim to achieve maximum results. It is enough to perform half of your usual amount of pull-ups.

At the end of charging, if time allows, you can go for a run. During the run, the body is saturated with oxygen, the nervous system calms down and an active aerobic exercise takes place .
