After the release of smartphones by the Finnish company Nokia, its products became one of the best on the market. According to user feedback, it's safe to say that it's better to purchase a phone with a white casing. It is surprisingly least susceptible to mechanical influences. In addition, this solution creates the effect of an expensive product: the white case looks several times more solid, and therefore more expensive.

With respect to other external features, the Nokia 610 differs little from WP7 smartphones. At the bottom of the phone on the front side there are three standard buttons of the touch type ("return", "home", "search"). The phone works on a single-core processor. Its frequency is 800 MHz. This is enough to ensure that the OS installed on the smartphone does not slow down and works fine. The system is also loaded quickly enough (no more than 20-25 seconds).

The Nokia 610, whose characteristics will be described a little later, is somewhat similar to its "colleague" Lumia 710. Many for some reason are stumped and frightened by the fact that the amount of RAM on the phone does not exceed 256 MB, but for an operating system like Windows Phone, this is enough. All applications work fine and are quickly loaded. But it is worth noting that for the time being in the official store from the OS there are applications (about 5%) that do not support work with the Nokia 610. The built-in memory on the phone is 8 GB.

OS and design

A feature of the Windows Phone 7 operating system is that it looks the same on all devices, so there are no special differences.

In principle, the interfaces of Nokia Lumia 610 and other devices of this model line are similar. A convenient main menu is connected directly to the desktop. Standard tiles include the following sections: "Music", "Messages", "Journal", "Applications" and "Mail". On the desktop, everything that the user wants: a site, a game, any file is taken out. A move function is also available.

To go to the main menu, you need to "scroll" from right to left or press the corresponding arrow. The Nokia Lumia 610 (Windows Phone was the key to its success) has a common menu, which contains all installed applications. The ability to create a folder in it is missing.

Due to the fact that the smartphone is equipped with digital processing, unnecessary noise is eliminated, the voice of a person becomes louder.

The speaker is good enough, therefore, it is recommended to use it only in those places where it is very noisy (discos, parties). The audibility range is from 0 to 30. The most suitable for a healthy user will be setting the volume at around 7-8 points. There is also a hands-free function.

As a rule, on all phones with Windows Phone installed for different files and their processing application Zune. Nokia 610 is equipped with a slightly different traditional program - Nokia Music. It allows you to buy music and listen to it. There is an application "Mix Radio". It offers the user a small playlist, and also allows you to save songs to your phone. Playback is quality and loud. Drive will be convenient in the event that a person moves around the country by car, in case of walks on foot the program will not be particularly useful. Here, "Maps" would be more useful.
