Is it necessary to write a job application ? What does this mean for the employer and for the potential employee? Today, when almost almost every enterprise formulates employment contracts, the application for employment has lost its relevance, which it had in Soviet times.

However, in the old-fashioned way, even in the personnel departments somehow offer the future employee to begin to formalize their employment relationship with the fact that a person writes an application for employment. Yes, and in no way this action can not protect the employer from theft by the employee. If the dishonest seller disappears from the place of trade with the proceeds, say, 15 thousand rubles, he does not have anything to do with this money to make himself another passport. Of course, this is associated with certain difficulties, but in terms of material it is completely compatible. Therefore, at many outlets, a revision is provided at the time of the change, which allows to identify shortages or theft of money or goods.

For foreigners, it is also very important that they have a work permit. For some specialties, employees need to have medical books with regular marks on the medical examination. This document should also be in the hands of the employee.

Many enterprises require the passage of medical certificates in a specially assigned medical institution. This is a precaution against the fact that today many dishonest employees "buy" their medical examinations without going through the commission properly, which can lead to great trouble. And on some, especially municipal ones, management returns the amount spent on the inspection, after the employee has worked at the firm established by the probationary period.

In spite of the fact that the schools provide special lessons of the Russian language and the subject "Fundamentals of the Constitution", which deal in detail with questions relating to how to write an application for employment, on leave, for time off, and others, many can cope with it . It is worth repeating: the application for employment can be written in any form, indicating the name of the company in the upper right corner, possibly the surname of the head, and your data: name, first name, patronymic, address of residence and residence and contact phone number.

Then in the middle of the sheet they write the word "statement". From the next line they write the very statement, asking them to hire a certain position from such and such a number. Many enterprises issue already printed forms, in which it is simply necessary to enter the missing data.

Another question is if a person gets a job in the internal affairs agencies or the institution. Here there are certain forms of applications for employment, which are different from the generally accepted ones. In general, managers still resort to the use of special forms, in which additional data should be indicated. It will be a graph about the age, the existence of a title (military or scientific, depending on where the citizen is arranged), the education is specified and an agreement is made with the provision of the federal law.
