Formation of a professional environment is a real task for any company. For modern business - this is very important. For post-Soviet enterprises that are barely making ends meet, social organizations pursuing non-commercial goals are doubly important: if it is not possible to form factors of the professional environment through a natural regulator-money, then at least provide peaceful production relations in a different way.

Professional environments in the first approximation - these are different sets of objects of labor, social relations, the realization of knowledge and experience, personal relations and consideration of state influence.

What of what is said or written? A straightforward bill - nothing. But if you make an attempt to understand life as a combination of personal and social, where the first - most often life and family, and the second - work and the external environment, many things may seem quite different.

Business or enterprise can cease to exist, but this is particular. Professional environments exist over enterprises, companies and other forms of combining objects of labor and social relations.

We can talk about the migration of knowledge and experience between enterprises, in terms of objects of labor and social relations, but one should not imagine that the private experience of one company is the criterion or basis for discussing the general - this or that professional environment as a whole.
