If you cook the meat in the oven in one piece, without spicing it and flavoring it, you get a hard and dry dish. Who will like it? But, choosing meat for dinner or lunch with vegetables, you will not lose, because such a dish will become a genuine masterpiece of your art culinary.

Having learned from the girl-friend the recipe "Meat with Vegetables", I prepared it for the first time with potatoes, carrots and onions, since there were no other vegetables in the house at that moment. Taking the pork on the bone (lamb, beef, and veal will do), I asked my husband to cut it, since it was a tubular bone. This cut is needed for the dish to be saturated with bone fat. The meat made shallow incisions, rubbed it with a mixture of salt, pepper and seasonings, available in the house. I sent it to the tray, laying it in the middle.

Then she took up the vegetables. Washed and peeled potatoes, onions and carrots were cut into pieces: large copies - four, medium and small - into two. Spreading them around a piece of meat, slightly padded and seasoned with spices. Sprigs of greenery (parsley, cilantro, dill) hid under chopped vegetables to avoid their drying in the oven. Having sprinkled meat with vegetables with two table spoons of vegetable oil, poured hot water on a baking sheet. Its level should be on the baking tray just above the middle of the vegetable layer, that is, the vegetables are almost completely in the water. As the water boils off, you can add a little.

The temperature in the oven should not exceed 200 ° C. When the meat gets brown, carefully, without touching the vegetables, it should be turned over to the other side. As soon as the second side of the meat turns rosy, the dish is ready.

How to cook meat with vegetables in the winter-spring period, when there is not enough sun and vitamins? It can be diversified by adding Bulgarian peppers, garlic cloves, peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, etc. to vegetables. This vitaminized dish is especially good for beriberi.

If you like the spicy food, use more spices and fragrant herbs: coriander, zir, hops-suneli, ground red and black peppers, thyme, soy sauce, tkemali, paprika, chili , etc. when preparing this dish.

Amazingly tasty dish "Meat with vegetables" I tried at the birthday of relatives. After the celebration, I borrowed the recipe and soon pleased my loved ones with this dish. Simply prepared and elegantly it looks on the table.

An hour before baking marinated meat (preferably beef or veal). We start cooking by cutting meat with pieces and frying it in vegetable oil. Add a little water, stew 10 minutes. While the meat is cooked, we clean the eggplant and zucchini (you can zucchini), cut them into mugs. These mugs are then cut into straws and added to the meat. While all this is fried in one pan (do not forget to stir), at the second at this time we pass the finely chopped onions and grated carrots, which then add to the meat. It will be tastier if you add a sweet pepper, cut into pieces, either marinated or fresh. All mixed, salt, pepper, pour boiling water (but a little bit, do not fill it). In this mixture add two tablespoons of tomato sauce and marinade from pepper marinated. After making less fire, cover with a lid and put out 35-45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meat should be soft. When there are ten minutes left before cooking, season with salt. It's not food, it's royalty! It's just delicious!

Tasty meat with vegetables, if one of the ingredients are mushrooms. Adding pods instead of potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, green peas (can be frozen), you will get dietary meat with vegetables. Gentle this dish will be if you add a little butter to it.
