The most delicious and simple recipe: meat in the oven with tomatoes and cheese
Each hostess probably has a pair of "branded" recipes for dishes, which can be prepared for a festive table, and served to a family dinner. But it is impossible to cook the same treats from year to year, we all want diversity, so if you are looking for a new, tasty, and at the same time easy to prepare dish, then be sure to take note of our recipe.
How to cook meat in an oven with tomatoes and cheese
For several servings you will need:
- 400 g of beef meat;
- 2 large ripe tomatoes;
- 2-3 tbsp. L. Mayonnaise;
- 200 g of grated cheese;
- Salt and spices.
First, prepare the beef: it should be thawed, if it was frozen, cut into large enough pieces - from 400 g you should get 4-5 pieces, and fight off. So it will be softer. Each plate of meat must be peppered and sprinkled with spices to taste, but do not salt. Form for baking should be well lubricated with vegetable oil and then put all the pieces, and then on top of the previously cut tomatoes (circles), slightly spread with mayonnaise - so the dish turns juicy, and then sprinkled with grated cheese.
Meat with tomatoes and cheese - diet option with chicken breasts
For cooking, remove from the refrigerator:
- 3-4 chicken breasts;
- 3 fresh tomatoes;
- 2 onion bulbs;
- 200 g grated cheese;
- Spices, vegetable oil and salt.
Chicken breast wash and dry, for softness can be slightly beaten with a hammer, salt and sprinkle with both sides of the spices to taste. Cut the tomatoes with rings, and the onions with semicircles. Then put a chicken, then onions and tomatoes on a baking sheet, then sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Note, in this recipe there is no mayonnaise, which further reduces its calorie content.
