Using the liver of cod can also cook stuffed tomatoes. To do this, we take tomatoes and cut off their top. Then gently remove the seeds and a little pulp. We need 6 medium-sized tomatoes. Salad "Sunflower" with cod liver is especially popular. It is prepared as follows. First we boil three eggs and three medium potatoes. At the bottom of the salad bowl we put grated potatoes. Then we grease it with mayonnaise. After that, lay the cod liver, mashed with a fork. We can not apply mayonnaise to the liver. After that, three on the grater protein and put it next layer.
