Meat pie. The recipe of our grandmothers

Necessary ingredients for the dough: half-cups of butter, egg, a glass of sour cream, two glasses of flour, a pinch of soda and salt.

For the filling: half a kilogram of lamb, two onions, an egg, two potatoes, pepper, salt and half a teaspoon of cumin.

Preparation: put a softened butter in the cup, add egg, sour cream, salt and mix. Then we fall asleep a flour and we mix soft dough, it should not stick to hands. If there is not enough flour, fill it in as much as necessary. The dough is cut into two halves, one of which should be a bit larger. Cover with a food film and put it aside.

We need: ready-made puff pastry, 400 grams of minced meat, 200 grams of any mushrooms, four potatoes, three onions, pepper, salt.
