Intangible motivation of the staff is also a motivating organization of work. In this case, everything is based on drawing up the most convenient schedule of work, as well as the opportunity to participate in interesting projects. Note that an employee may be asked to work and remotely, that is, not in the office, but right at home.

The ability to independently plan your working hours is very valuable. The principle is one: you cope with your business - work when you want and where you want. Many will do everything qualitatively only for the reason that they do not want to return to the usual routine.

Intangible stimulation of personnel is connected with personnel management. HR-department of the company simply has to develop a system of correct impact on employees.

Personnel management is a meeting of managers with their subordinates, on which these or other problems are discussed, peculiarities of the situations, reports and so on. Correct communication makes it possible to effectively influence employees, understand their attitudes, needs and so on.

It is also important to note the organizational culture. It is also called corporate. Every employee should feel like a member of the team. How else? All have one goal, which means that each other needs to be supported, to pull up the laggards. The firm will reach a new level only when employees are imbued with the spirit of the company, realize that its success is their success too. In order to stimulate people, in this case a certain symbolism is introduced, souvenir products are created.

In general, it is possible to motivate staff correctly with the help of various kinds of benefits. They can be related to anything. It can be and payment of travel, and granting of free dinners, and gifts to children on New year and so on. People quickly get used to everything good and, as a rule, try not to lose the place where they feel warm and comfortable.
