The core of the nut consists of a mass of substances useful to the body. In particular, it contains:

  • Proteins, which are necessary for normal growth and functioning of muscles;
  • Vitamins B2 and C, which enhance the work of the immune and cardiovascular system;
  • Vitamin E, which removes toxins from the body, prevents the activity of carcinogenic factors, and also neutralizes free radicals ;

Of course, this nut is used not only in cooking and dietology. It is also used in modern cosmetology. For example, if you lubricate the scalp with hazelnut oil, the hair will become stronger, thick and shiny.

There is also a recipe for a wonderful mask that gently cleanses and rejuvenates the skin. For its preparation you need to take two pieces of apple peel and three parts of nuts, after which everything is thoroughly crushed in a meat grinder. The mixture is applied to the skin, and after twenty minutes, wash it off.
