  4. In a bowl, grind a couple of yolks with a teaspoon of mustard and a small amount of chopped green onions, add sour cream, mayonnaise, a little kvass and stir well. Pour the whole mixture into the cooled kvass.
  5. Mix all the sliced ingredients in a saucepan with kvass, squeeze out the lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Give a little to stand and submit to the table.
