First you need to do the beans. It is washed, loosened, cut into two-centimeter slices and sent to a pot of boiling water. Ready, but not overcooked product is thrown to a colander to allow the glass to excess liquid.

Process description

In order for you to get a really tasty and useful lobio from green beans, you need to adhere to the following technology. To prepare the main ingredient, the ends are peeled off and washed under cool water. If necessary, the pods are cut into several pieces and boiled until cooked. As a rule, this takes no more than a quarter of an hour, but much depends on the variety.

While the beans are brewed, onion is cut into cubes, and carrots and tomatoes are ground on a large grater. Prepared vegetables are sent to a heated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, and fry for a few minutes. Then coriander mass and coriander are added to the tomato mass, crushed coriander and salt. After five minutes, the strips of Bulgarian pepper, basil and parsley are sent to the same pan. All mix well and stew on low heat.

Ten minutes later, to the cooking dish, add salt, bay leaves, a couple teaspoons of spoon and beans. All together they extinguish for another quarter of an hour, and then they remove it from the plate. You can serve such a treat with a salad of cucumbers or with fried potatoes.
