Very impressive looks not quite an ordinary flower pie with "Nutella". True, it takes at least three and a half hours to prepare it, but it's worth it.

The first thing you need to stock up on the right components:

600 grams of flour, a glass of warm milk, 200 grams of Nutella paste, 2 eggs, 15 grams of fresh yeast, 100 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, 125 grams of softened butter and a teaspoon of vanilla sugar.

The process must be carefully monitored:

  1. First, yeast must be dissolved in milk, adding sugar to it.
  2. Sift flour, then pour into a deep container and mix with salt.
  3. There, alternately enter whipped eggs, prepared yeast and butter. Of all these products knead the dough.
  4. Divide it into four parts, roll in the form of balls and leave for an hour and a half. During this time, the dough should rise slightly.
  5. Then roll the balls in the form of thin seams.
  6. Put them on a baking sheet, covered with parchment, in the form of a stack, smeared each with chocolate paste.
  7. Use the knife to make neat cuts, dividing the resulting circle into 16 equal parts. The middle must remain untouched.
  8. Neighboring petals turn towards each other, gently combining the edges. The same thing to do in pairs with the rest of the pieces. The design should stand at least an hour on the table in this form.
  9. After that, you can send it to the oven for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.

The surface of the product can be decorated with decorative powder or any other convenient method.
