How to cook cutlets in the oven

It's not a secret that cutlets are often fried, especially if you have time to cut and you need to quickly figure out something delicious for dinner. However, if there is enough time, it is better to bake them in the oven. Homemade cutlets, cooked in this way, are juicy and tender, they are evenly baked from all sides.

How to cook chops in the oven? Firstly, you need to mix the mincemeat correctly, in the right proportions. For mincemeat take on a pound of beef and pork tenderloin, one onion and all grind. Then, the third part of the white loaf is soaked in a glass of cold water. Fifteen to twenty minutes later, it is squeezed slightly and mixed with minced meat. There, drive one egg and add one and one-and-a-half teaspoons of salt. The whole mincemeat is divided into twelve to fifteen pieces, depending on the size of the cutlets. Cutlets are given an oval shape and sent to a baking tray, lubricated with butter. Bake at a minimum temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for twenty minutes. Then pour a glass of water onto a baking tray and send it back to the oven again for ten minutes.

Before you cook the cutlets in the oven with cheese, you need to mix stuffing. Take pork and beef in equal proportions of four hundred grams. For their preparation, they will need three hundred grams of pork and beef, a young zucchini weighing somewhere from one hundred to two hundred grams, two potatoes, a pair of cloves of garlic, two hundred grams of onions and bread crumb.

Zucchini, onions, potatoes and garlic are cleaned and grinded in a meat grinder along with meat. The crumb is poured with milk (one third glass) left for five to seven minutes to impregnate, knead and mix in minced meat. All ingredients are peppered, salted and thoroughly mixed. Then oval cutlets are formed, they are beaten a little and laid in a bag for baking. Depending on the size of the package can fit from four to six pieces. The package is tied, pierced in two or three places and laid on a baking tray. Cutlets put in a preheated to 220 degrees Celsius oven for half an hour.

By the way, they can be not only meat, but also vegetable. For example, delicious cutlets in an oven made from carrots can be an excellent breakfast. They will need: a kilogram of carrots, a tablespoon of sugar, five tablespoons of semolina, five eggs and one hundred grams of butter. Carrots are cleaned and ground on a coarse grater. Milk brought to a boil, fill it with sugar, add butter and carrots. Cover and stew for ten minutes. When carrots become soft, it gradually adds a manga. Stirring constantly, cook for another ten minutes. Then carrots are cooled and mixed with egg, and when the mass is completely cooled, start to form cutlets. After that they put them on a baking sheet, put in a well-heated oven, turn over ten minutes and leave for another ten or fifteen minutes to come.
