Make sure that you have found in your home:

  • Chicken fillet - 3 pcs.
  • A large head of onions.
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • Flour, salt, spices, fresh herbs and lean oil.

Process description

First of all, you should start making minced meat, from which later chicken fingers will be formed. The washed and dried fillets are crushed through a meat grinder along with peeled garlic and onions. In the resulting mass of chopped greens. All this is salted, seasoned with spices and well kneaded, trying to achieve maximum uniformity.

The prepared mince is sent to the refrigerator and held there for at least thirty minutes. During this time, the meat will have time to soak with the flavors of herbs and spices. Since the recipe for chicken fingers involves the use of a certain set of components, check in advance whether you have everything in the kitchen. In this case, you will need:

  • A pound of chicken fillet.
  • 100 grams of dried prunes.
  • A couple of tablespoons of soy sauce.
  • 70 grams of walnuts.
  • Mayonnaise, salt, fragrant spices and lean oil.

To prepare a hearty and delicious fingers from chicken fillet, you need to adhere to the recommended algorithm clearly. The washed and dried meat is cut into three or four longitudinal, not too thick layers. The resulting mixture is poured into a mold in which future chicken fingers with prunes and nuts will be baked. Immediately after this, the vessel is sent to a heated oven. Bake the products at 220 degrees for half an hour. Serve such fingers with boiled potatoes, friable rice or vegetable salad.
