To prepare you need:

  • Onion - 5-6 pieces;
  • Oil - 120 g;
  • Kidneys - about 1 kg;
  • Sour cream - 220 g;
  • salt pepper.

Initially, the kidneys should be cut in half and soaked in plain water for about 4-5 hours. Then drain the water, and boil in clean water, then boil for about 3 minutes. This procedure should be repeated several times, changing the water. After this, cook until ready and cut into cubes. Now put on the skillet oil, chopped onions and fry it until half-ready. Then add the kidneys. A little to put out, so that the kidneys become soft. Then add the sour cream, pol, pepper and boil. Products for cooking:

  • Bay leaf, pepper, salt.

At the first stage, the kidneys need to be cleaned of grease and films, then each cut in half and soaked for 4-5 hours in water, while periodically changing it. Now pour water and cook for about half an hour. Then again pour water, add salt and cook for a couple of hours. Then cool them and cut into strips. Now chop finely the onions and fry lightly in oil. In the same pan, fry the kidneys, sprinkle with flour and pepper. Now add to them a bay leaf, onion, lecho, and chopped finely garlic. All this stew for about 16 minutes on a small fire. Sprinkle with greens before serving. It is best to serve with fried potatoes.
