Take 2 squid carcasses, 5 eggs, 80 ml of cream, 1 tablespoon of flour, cream cheese, two cloves of garlic, mayonnaise and spices. Squeeze squid, cut into two pieces on two plates and remove the film from them. After that you need to beat off the seafood properly. Use a wooden hammer rather than a metal one, so do not damage tender meat. Beat until the squid is 1.5 times larger in area. Make a base for briol, combining three eggs, cream, flour and spices. The remaining two eggs put on hard boiled, and melted cheese grate.

Each slice of squid dipped in a batter and put it on the frying pan. Rinse the chops on both sides, then place them in a saucepan under the lid. There they will soften and become pliable.
