Education Standard

The standard of education is an official document containing a lot of recommendations, the implementation of which is mandatory in the learning process by educational institutions that have state accreditation.
In modern social conditions in Russia, on a new information turn of its development, education is one of the first places, whose content should not contradict the rights of the trainee and correspond to the rights of persons engaged in teaching activities. It becomes necessary to improve it, as in the course of time new, fundamentally different needs of society and the state are formed. The "Concept of the Modernization of Russian Education" emphasizes that society needs highly moral, responsible, enterprising people, characterized by mobility, having a modern education, capable of making decisions with predicting possible outcomes. In a word, education is to become the most important and competitive means of socializing a new generation. This means the inevitable emergence of modern standards of education as a means of maintaining the legal relations of students and society.
For the educational standards of the new generation, the result of education is important, which is revealed through monitoring. Particular emphasis is placed on creating conditions for the development of a multifaceted educated young generation and its preparation for interaction with society, which radically differs from traditional standards, which are a list of rules for each subject. One of the conditions for the effectiveness of the new education system is the ability to respond quickly enough to the changing needs of the individual and also to the ever-changing state claims. Another fundamental difference between modern standards of education is observed in the formation of relations between the student's family, himself and the society. It is not only the state, but also the person receiving education, who is now entitled to demand high-quality services from an educational institution. Thanks to these innovations, the modernized standard of education has become a missing link in achieving the planned level of educational services.
It follows that the changed standards must be based on completely different relations between the state and the person receiving education, the development of which will allow the student to fully realize his rights. This is quite achievable, provided that each party fulfills its duties and will promote development in the field of education.
The duties of the state are to ensure the accessibility of quality education for all categories of society, without division by social and property. Solving these issues will help to avoid many social conflicts and improve the authority of the Russian Federation in the world.
