800 gr. Pork ribs;

100 ml. Cognac;

2 shallots onions;

soy sauce;

Seasonings and salt.

Preparation of pork ribs in the oven: stages

  1. Rinse the meat thoroughly, dry and cut. If the ribs are small, then in each serving piece leave 2 bones with pulp.
  2. Before you cook pork ribs in the oven, you need to make a marinade. In a small bowl, whip the soy sauce and cognac, season with salt and spices. With pork perfectly combines rosemary or thyme, so in the marinade you can add these spices, the taste of meat will only be brighter.
  3. Onions should be chopped very finely, to visually it was invisible or, on the contrary, cut in half rings. Mix the ribs with onions, put them in a bowl and add sauce with spices. To make the meat well soaked, you need to put it in a cool place for at least an hour.
  4. Before cooking pork ribs in the oven, it should be preheated beforehand. In the fireproof dish, add a little oil, lay out the ribs. Pour the sauce in which marinated meat with the addition of onions.
