Necessary ingredients

Before we begin to prepare the delicious ragout of beans and meat, we need to prepare the following products: 650 grams of beef pulp, 250 grams of red beans, 150 grams of onions, a pair of garlic cloves, three medium-sized tomatoes, 200 grams of sweet red pepper, red Chili pepper - 1 piece, 150 grams of tomato puree or paste, dried marjoram, salt, pepper, vegetable oil and one tablespoon of flour.

This recipe for beans with meat in a multivark is quite simple. First, soak the beans in cold water for 5-6 hours. You can pour the beans with water and leave overnight. After that, we wash it, remove the surplus grain and spread it into the bowl of the multivark. Fill with two liters of water, turn on the "Steam cooking" for 20 minutes. After we hear the sound signal, open the lid, remove the foam, turn on the "Soup" mode and continue to cook the beans for another 50 minutes.

At this time, we turn to cooking meat and vegetables. Beef washed, dried with a paper towel and cut into small cubes. Vegetables clean and mine. Onion, sweet pepper and garlic finely chopped.

When the beans are cooked, add to it one and a half tablespoons of salt. Mix and pour into a separate saucepan or bowl. In the cup multivarka add three tablespoons of vegetable oil, turn on the mode "Toasting" and fry the meat, stirring constantly, about five minutes. Pour a bowl of our multivarka a couple of spoons of vegetable oil, add finely chopped vegetables and in the former regime fry them until translucent. After that, pour one tablespoon of marjoram, cover the lid and cook another 10 minutes.

We add tomatoes and tomato paste, salt, pepper, pepper, cover and stew in the same regime for about a quarter of an hour to peppers, garlic and onions.

In the meat pour out 1 tablespoon of flour and shake the pan to make the flour evenly distributed. In the resulting sauce we spread the beans and fried pieces of beef, mix. If necessary, you can add a little broth, left from cooking beans. Turn on the "Quenching" mode for 50 minutes.

The process of cooking

Meat thoroughly washed, dried and cut into thin plates. We transfer it to the multivark, add a little oil and fry in the "Bake" mode for about half an hour. Finely chop the onions, grate the carrots. Beans are poured cold water and leave to swell for several hours (can be overnight). Add the prepared vegetables to the fried meat. Fill in a bowl multivarka half a liter of water and turn on the "Quenching" mode for two hours.

Periodically, it is necessary to check vegetables and meat, if necessary, adding water. 30 minutes before the end of cooking, we add ketchup, salt, pepper and any seasonings to your taste.
