How to cook a thin dough for pizza?

Pizza came to Russia from Italian cuisine and firmly took the place of the leader among other baked goods. For example, a thin dough for pizza can be done this way. Sugar sand (it will take a tablespoon) must be mixed with a teaspoon of yeast (dry) and a pinch of salt. Add a spoon of sunflower oil. In the resulting mixture, a glass (200 grams) of flour is poured out. The dough is mixed. The result should be quite steep, if necessary, flour pours. Next, the dough is covered with a towel and placed for half an hour in a warm place. During this time it should increase in size by 2 times.

Such a thin dough for pizza is prepared very quickly. It is enough to hold it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. And if already prepared foods (sausage, cheese, mushrooms, etc.) are taken for the filling, then during this time the baking will be cooked completely, and it can be served on the table.

Another recipe for making pizza at home is as follows. A packet of dry yeast dissolves in a glass of warm water. Flour (3 cups) is mixed with a teaspoon of salt and sugar. It is filled with a slide on the table, gradually the liquid is poured in here and the dough is kneaded. It should become quite elastic. The dough is put in a bowl, greased with olive oil, and left for an hour "to rise." From above it is desirable to cover it with a slightly damp napkin. After this, the dough should be rolled in the form of a thin layer. Top is laid out the filling, and the dish is sent to the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

A thin dough for pizza is an excellent base if it is supposed to cook pastries with meat and mushrooms. It will be successful to combine such a filling with vegetables, sweet pepper, fresh tomato, marinated cucumbers, etc.

To make a thin dough for pizza, you can follow the next recipe. In a food processor (or bread maker), mix 180 grams of flour, a quarter teaspoon of salt, a spoonful of dry yeast, half a glass of water (it is recommended to lightly heat it) and 25 grams of olive oil. The resulting dough is laid out on the table, kneaded for 3-4 minutes. Then it is put in a bowl, which is pre-lubricated with oil (preferably olive), and left for an hour in a warm place. After the dough "approached", it is rolled to the required size. Top is put on the filling, sprinkled with grated cheese. The dish is put in the oven to bake.
