We send the fish meat to the baking tray and lay on top of the finely chopped garlic, 6 lemon slices, a few bay leaves and a pea of black pepper. Gently pour 50 ml of water and sunflower oil. Baked cod fillets will be cooked in white wine, so the last thing we add to the dish is 100 ml of excellent wine. We put the pan in the oven, wait 15 minutes, turn the fish over to the other side and leave for another 10-15 minutes.

Now let's find out how to cook cod fillets in a multivariate. Pre- boil the fish until ready (600 g), the remaining broth is not drained.
