The taste of many dishes depends on such a small addition as a sauce. A well-prepared additive fundamentally influences the palatability of the original dish. Not without reason, some chefs keep secret the preparation of their branded sauces. In the pack, you will be told how to make a pesto sauce recipe, as well as cream cheese and caramel sauces.

Caramel sauce
The easiest way to prepare caramel sauce, the recipe of which will be given below. It will require sugar, water, amaretti (if possible), almonds and cream.

A glass of water is poured into a saucepan and heated, after which add sugar (3 tablespoons) and bring to a boil, keeping in this state for 1-2 minutes. Then the fire is lowered and the solution is brought to a brown color - an indication that the water is completely evaporated. Then carefully add cream (1 glass), the process is carried out with continuous stirring. The mixture should boil for 2-3 minutes. The next step can be the addition of amaretti (4 spoons), but if it is not, you can get by.

Caramel sauce recipe contains almonds. Therefore, you must pre-fry almonds (2 tablespoons), cut into plastic, in the oven. The last step is mixing the solution and almonds. Sweet sauce is ready!

Sauce pesto recipe
The story tells that the pesto sauce was invented in Italy. Apparently, that's why it's great for pasta, macaroni, fish, meat and other dishes. The creators put several ingredients in the sauce base: basil, olive oil and hard cheese.

Sauce pesto recipe begins with the preparation of products: greens (basil and parsley) are thoroughly washed under running water and dried on a paper towel. As a cheese, Parmesan or any other hard variety that will have to be grated on a large grater is perfect. Several cloves of garlic are crushed with a press. Separately, roast cedar nuts, but the oils do not add. All the prepared ingredients are mixed and olive oil is added. The sauce must be salted (the taste of the cook).

The next step is bringing the sauce to puree with a blender. Do not store pesto sauce too long. The recipe assumes its use for 5 days (if it is stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator) or for a month (if stored in a freezer). With the recipe you can easily experiment, using instead of parsley a mixture of basil, cilantro and spinach.

Creamy cheese sauce
There are many ways to make creamy cheese sauce, among them there is a recipe with mushrooms. For cooking in this way, the cream cheese sauce recipe will require the following ingredients: vegetable oil for roasting, cream, mushrooms, onions, cheese, flour, salt, pepper, and greens.

In a frying pan, fry very finely chopped mushrooms (0.5 kg) in a standard way, that is, with vegetable oil and onions, without forgetting salt and pepper, bringing the roast to half-cooked. After that add 0.4 liters of cream (20% fat content is sufficient), with constant stirring.

The flour is bred in a small amount of water and is also added to the mixture. Cheese is rubbed on a fine grater and poured into the total mass. The composition should boil for 5 minutes, after which the creamy cheese sauce recipe can be considered ready. It is usually served with fresh cooked potatoes together with greens.

You can use nuts instead of mushrooms. In this case, the recipe is similar to the previous one, except for such an ingredient as mushrooms. Nuts (preferably walnuts) are ground on a blender to the state of small crumbs. To them add the garlic (pressed through a press) and mix again. The finished mixture is added to the cream and cheese mass. As a seasoning, hops-suneli and wine vinegar are excellent.

Obviously, the sauce will become a wonderful ornament to the dish if cooked properly. It is very important to remember that the consistency and holding time on the plate will play a role in the taste, so you need to strictly follow the recipe.
