Prepare a cream soup of mushrooms and cream - a task that even a novice cook can do. We offer several recipes.

Cream-soup with champignons and cream: recipe number 1

The soup will require the following products:

  • Fresh or frozen mushrooms - about 800 grams;
  • Several tubers of potatoes;
  • 1 carrot and 1 medium-sized onion;
  • 150 ml cream with 20% fat content;
  • Half-cup (about 100 grams) of butter;
  • Salt, pepper, bay leaf.

Technology of preparation

Wash the potatoes, remove the skin, cut into slices and cook together with the mushrooms in a small amount of water. There is no need to cut mushrooms. In the broth put the salt, bell pepper and bay leaf. Melt butter in a frying pan or stew pan. Chop finely onions, rub the carrots. Save the vegetables in the oil. Pour in the cream. Once potatoes and mushrooms are cooked, remove them from the pan. From the broth, also take lavrushku and pepper. Add the fried onions and carrots to the mushrooms. Wipe all vegetables with a blender. Pour in the broth. Density adjust the amount of liquid. Stir well once more, add salt if necessary. Ready cream-soup of champignons with cream and served with sour cream. You can add crunches and greens.

Simple mushroom soup with champignons

Here is another recipe for simple and tasty mushroom soup. To weld it, you need:

  • 0.5 kg of fresh champignons;
  • 3 medium-sized potatoes;
  • About 200 grams of cauliflower (fresh or frozen);
  • 1 medium carrot;
  • Packing (about 200 grams) cream 20% fat content;
  • leek;
  • A piece of butter;
  • salt.

Technology of preparation

Cook the peeled and washed champignons for half an hour. To them, add carrots, sliced into thin slices, potatoes, cauliflower and leek. Cook until the vegetables are soft. Add salt. Drain most of the broth into a separate container. Wipe the remaining vegetables with a blender. Pour a glass of cream and whisk again. Adding vegetable broth, adjust the thickness of the soup. Bring to a boil, but do not boil. Season cream-soup with champignons with cream butter and serve with green sprigs.

Mushroom cream soup with garlic

This recipe includes the following products:

  • Liter (5-6 glasses) of any broth or plain water;
  • 0.5 kg fresh or frozen mushrooms (eg champignons);
  • 4 medium potatoes;
  • 1 onion and a couple cloves of garlic;
  • 2 medium sized carrots;
  • Chopped greens (dill, basil, oregano, parsley);
  • Salt, bell pepper, bay leaves;
  • Vegetable oil for pasting;
  • A slice of butter.

Technology of preparation

Place a container of broth or water on the fire. As soon as the liquid begins to boil, throw mushrooms into it. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add to the mushrooms. In a frying pan, sprinkle onions and carrots, which must first be crushed. Finely chop garlic and toss to vegetables in a frying pan. Pour in a little broth and put out the dressing for 20 minutes. After that, put the onion mixture in a pan with mushrooms, salt, add pepper and laurel. Cook until ready to eat vegetables. 5 minutes before switching off, put a piece of butter in the soup.
