To the mechanism of the electrical wire are connected in two ways: clamps and self-tightening terminals. The screw terminal is known to everyone who dealt with the Soviet and cheap Chinese "electrician": the bare ends of the wires are inserted into a special connector, after which they are clamped with screws.
