Office work in any enterprise (organization) provides for the creation, proper registration and accounting of necessary documents. This function is usually imposed on the duties of the secretary or one of the personnel of the personnel service. Among other securities, the protocol is considered one of the most important organizational and administrative documents. How and for what it is made? Answer these questions gradually.

Organization of the meeting and preparation of the minutes

  • Place of the meeting (protocol);
  • Headline ("Collections of the work collective").

2. Introductory. Here it is indicated: Name of the chairman of the meeting, his secretary, as well as those present and invited persons. For example:

If the number of employees present in the hall is more than 15 people, only their total number is recorded on the basis of the registration sheet.

3. The main. It necessarily contains 3 components:

  • That in the end "Decided" ("Resolved").

4. Registration. The protocol of the meeting of the labor collective ends with the signatures of the chairman and secretary, indicating the name and surname of the post and the post.

You can consider an example of the protocol of the meeting of the work collective, at which only the employees of the enterprise are present. In this case there is no need to indicate "invited" persons, and this item is simply abolished. And if at this meeting only one issue is considered, then the document is executed in a simplified version. To familiarize, there is no need to distribute copies to all those present. In this case, the task can be simplified. The secretary can make an extract from the protocol and post it on the bulletin board. There, with the results of the meeting, all interested members of the collective, including those who could not attend it personally, can see it. Such a paper will be a complete copy of the original document, with the exception of the chairman's signature. Instead of it there will be a verifying inscription made by the secretary.
