What to cook in the oven without using meat as a basis? I suggest you try baking potatoes. Peeled and washed tubers are cut lengthwise into two parts. All slices are placed on a greased baking tray with the cut part up. Finely chopped slices of smoked bacon thread on the toothpicks, which we stick into each half of potatoes. We get original boats with small sails from fat. We bake the potatoes at a temperature of 180 ° C. Readiness can be checked by punching potatoes with the same toothpick.
