It is interesting that the use of oatmeal, decoction can successfully replace a variety of different medications, in contrast to which this "drug" has no contraindications and side effects. Oats as a whole lead the body to a normal state, normalizing all its functions, and it was noticed by Hippocrates, who recommended this curative remedy with weakness and exhaustion of the body to drink like regular tea. And yet it is better to learn how to brew oats, so that the maximum benefit from it, what useful properties it has and how best to apply it.

Oats are rich in starch, proteins with a high content of amino acids, carotene, vitamins, especially group B, K, micro- and macro elements (iodine, fluorine, manganese, chromium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, etc.). In addition, the high content in oats of organic acids (lactic and oxalic), essential oils, substances that positively affect the functioning of the thyroid gland.

The use of oatmeal infusion is used to improve the heart muscle, liver, kidneys, stomach and intestines, to regulate metabolic processes, use it as a diuretic, choleretic and blood cleanser, to normalize fat metabolism, etc.

How to brew oats?

Decoction of oats is prepared specifically for the treatment of certain diseases or brew simply for any purpose - harm from it will definitely not be. Filter through gauze, add a tablespoon of honey, cover with a lid and bring to a boil, turn off the fire when the oat broth cools, add lemon juice to taste and keep in the refrigerator, drink half an hour before eating 100 ml each. It is recommended to soak oatmeal for several hours before preparing the broth in cold water, which provides better dissolution of phosphorus and calcium salts. Take a pre-prepared oats (several times washed) in the amount of 1 glass, pour out two glasses of water and boil half, after adding two tablespoons of honey, boil a few more minutes. They drink three times a day for half an hour before eating half the glass.

How to brew oats for the liver?

  1. Take 3 cups of prepared grain, pour into a pot of 5 liters, add two tablespoons of leaves of cowberry and birch buds, pour cold water in the amount of 4 liters, boil for 15 minutes under a closed lid on low heat.
  2. Further add corn stigmas - two tablespoons and three tablespoons of spores - give a boil for 15 minutes. The broth is insisted for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, in another pan, pour a glass of shredded rose hips (dried), pour a liter of water - boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Then, each of the broths is filtered through cheesecloth and mixed together. The resulting medicinal liquid, whose volume should be about three liters, is cooled, bottled, preferably from dark glass, and placed in a refrigerator where it can be stored for up to 5 days.
  4. To cleanse the liver, the broth is taken half an hour before meals, 150 ml four times a day, but not later than 19 hours. To enhance the health effect, it is extremely important to withstand the time between taking the decoction and taking food. This course is conducted for 10 days in the spring-summer or winter-spring period.
