Now you should lie on your back on the gym mat. Hands are located along the body, palms on the floor, fingers tightly compressed. The head should be raised so that the chin touches the chest. Now, on inhalation, raise the straight legs at an angle of 45 degrees. At the exhalation we take the starting position. The minimum number of repetitions is 3, the maximum is 21. Breath deep, smooth, without jerks.

Exercise 3

To perform this exercise, you need to kneel. The distance between them is about 20 cm. Place the palms under the buttocks. We inhale the head back, inhale the chest, the back is slightly bent. For balance, you should lean your hands in the hips. On exhalation we return to the starting position. The head falls forward, the chin touches the chest. Minimally this exercise is performed three times, maximum - 21.

Exercise 4

Adopt the sitting position. Legs are straight, in front of you. The distance between the feet is 20-25 cm. The palms on either side of the buttocks rest against the floor with tightly compressed fingers. On the inhalation head throws back, leaning on the legs and hands, raise the pelvis. The ideal position of the body when performing this exercise - the hips and body are parallel to the floor, the arms and legs are perpendicular. On exhalation to return to the starting position, the chin is pressed to the chest. The number of exercises is 3-21 times.

Exercise 5

Lie on your stomach. Hands bent, palms at chest level. The distance between the feet is 30 cm. Relying on the arms and toe socks, we "sag" above the floor, tearing off the pelvis and knees. At the same time, the back is bent and the head is thrown back. On the inhalation, the pelvis is lifted up, the head is lowered down, the chin touches the chest. The legs are straight, the feet are fully pressed to the floor. From the side the position of the body resembles a right angle, tending upwards. On exhalation we return to the starting position.

The deflection is carried out at the expense of the straightened shoulders, the thorax, and not the "fracture" of the waist. Between lifting and deflection, hold breath for 2-3 seconds. Exercise causes a lot of physical stress, so it should be done on the first lessons three times. Then you can increase the load to 21 lifts (this is the maximum).

  • Energy gymnastics for women is a certain system. It has its own order, which is connected with the scheme for the inclusion of energy centers. Therefore, it is impossible to violate the sequence of exercises, for example, starting with more simple techniques.
  • After each physical exercise, breathing should be performed. Taking a position standing, feet shoulder width apart, hands on waist. We take a deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth. The lips are in the form of the letter "O". Exhalation can be "voiced". Voice vibrations are also useful.
