Back pain: symptoms, treatment, prevention

  2. Use St. John's wort, thyme, black elder and chamomile. Hot compress of these herbs with wrapping warms your back well, if it was chilled. The best procedure is to spend the night.
  3. The curative effects of the leaves are burdock. Pre-dry them, then cover with boiling water and attach to the sore spot for an hour.
  4. Widely use horse chestnut. Dried flowers are carefully rubbed into powder, take the lard and camphor oil, mix the ingredients in equal proportions. Blend the mixture with a piece of black bread and attach it to a sore spot.
  5. Use compresses based on garlic infusions. It is mixed with lemon juice. Soak in a mixture of cotton napkin and attach for twenty minutes to a sore spot.

Prevention

The best way to prevent back pain is by various physical exercises. It is also necessary to monitor the correct posture while walking and sitting. Contraindicated lifting of gravity, not only to women, but also to men.
