Gorka salad. Several variations of cooking.

Previously, due to a shortage of products, the hostesses limited themselves to preparing standard salads on a festive table. Usually they included the same dishes - olivier, vinaigrette and herring under a fur coat. To date, the need for preparing these "luminaries" is no longer needed, since our market offers a huge number of different products that can make a variety in the festive menu. One of the most relevant today is the "Gorka" salad.

With regard to ingredients, they can be very diverse. The main thing is the appearance and design of the salad, and the recipe can be selected depending on your preferences.

Salad with chicken and cabbage

Almost all recipes of the Gorka salad require the presence of meat in the dish. Such a dish is quite hearty and high-calorie, so it can be used as the main one. So, the ingredients that we need for the preparation of "Gorki":

  • Fillet of chicken - 1 pc .;
  • Eggs - 3 pieces;
  • Cheese - 150 g;
  • Fresh tomatoes - 3 pcs .;
  • Cabbage Peking (white) - 300 g;
  • greenery;
  • flour;
  • salt pepper;
  • mayonnaise;
  • sunflower oil.

What to do next?

First, let's prepare the balls from the dough. To do this, we combine eggs, salt and flour. We knead a steep dough and divide it into small balls, which we place in boiling vegetable oil. Then we wash the tomatoes and throw them into boiling water. Remove the peel and cut into strips.

Cabbage shred and mnem hands, add to it finely chopped herbs. We cut the cheese into strips. Chicken fillet lay in boiling salted water and cook for 12-15 minutes. Then we cool and cut into cubes.

Eggs boil hard, put them in cold water and clean. Proteins and yolks are three on a grater separately.

Now we take the dishes on which the salad will be placed. Ideal for these purposes is a great dish. So, the salad "Gorka" is laid out in layers in such a sequence: cabbage, yolks, mayonnaise, chicken meat, squirrels, mayonnaise, tomatoes, cheese, mayonnaise. On top, decorate the dish with prepared dough balls.

"Hill" in Mongolian

So, how is the "Mongolian Hill" salad prepared? The recipe is absolutely not complicated. We need the following components:

  • Chicken fillet - 500 g;
  • Beet (medium size) - 4 pcs .;
  • Carrots - 2 pieces;
  • Hard cheese - 200 g;
  • Prunes - 6 pcs .;
  • Garlic - 3 teeth;
  • mayonnaise;
  • Dill - a bunch;
  • Walnuts - a handful.

Step-by-step cooking

We put beets in boiling water and cook for 40 minutes. Then put it in cold water. The same we do with carrots and chicken fillets. Welded vegetables rubbed on grater. Chicken meat cut into small pieces and lightly fry in a pan. In a blender, chop prunes, then walnuts. Cheese three on medium grated, dill crushed, garlic let through the crush.

Mayonnaise is mixed with garlic, salt, pepper to taste. On a large dish we spread the "Gorka" salad with layers. First - half a beet mass, then a chicken mixed with nuts, mayonnaise. After that, you should eat carrots with cheese, mayonnaise, prunes. From above everything is covered with a beet mass (including the sides). The dish is chopped with herbs. "New Year's Hill"

This salad will look great on the New Year's holiday table. It is quite hearty and delicious. So, what products do we need in order to prepare a salad "New Year's slide"? It:

  • Fillet of chicken - 1 pc .;
  • Champignons - 250 g;
  • Eggs - 3 pieces;
  • Cheese - 150 g;
  • Fresh cucumber - 2 pcs .;
  • Walnuts - handful;
  • Mayonnaise for refueling;
  • Vegetable oil for frying;
  • Lettuce leaves;
  • salt.

Cooking with a prescription

Chicken fillet boil in boiling salted water for 12-15 minutes. Then we pull out of the pan and cool it. Chop the chicken into small pieces. We put on the stove in a frying pan and pour the vegetable oil there. Champignons washed, finely chopped and sent to fry for 2-4 minutes.

Eggs boil hard, cool and rub on a coarse grater. We also do cheese. Cucumber cut with straws, crushed walnuts or finely cut with a knife.

On a wide dish we spread washed and dried leaves of lettuce. Then follows a layer of chicken mixed with mushrooms and mayonnaise. The next are eggs and cucumbers. Between them must be mayonnaise. Then follows the cheese.

By the way, if you thought that the dish is high-calorie, replace mayonnaise with sour cream or low-fat yogurt. Then it will be not only tasty, but also useful.
