Salad of dried mushrooms: recipes

All dishes, which include mushrooms, can be called delicious. This ingredient gives them a special flavor and aroma. But it is not always possible to find fresh mushrooms of the required species. Only mushrooms are available year round. Other varieties can be found only in marinated or dried form. But this does not in the least reduce their taste qualities, because such gifts of the forest can be successfully used for cooking. The salad of dried mushrooms will be a magnificent decoration of the table.

Salad with mushrooms and beets

It is better to use dried forest mushrooms. They have an incredible flavor and taste. The salad from dried mushrooms turns out unusual. For cooking, take three medium beets, two onions (red or white), 70 grams of dried mushrooms, 5 spoons of vegetable oil, 4 peeled garlic cloves, an average spoonful of vinegar and half a spoonful of sugar and salt. You can make a salad of dried white mushrooms. From this, its nutritional value will only increase. We boil beetroot without cleaning, but after thoroughly washing well. This process will take about an hour. Then we clean it and cut it with a not very large straw. Sprinkle the beets with any vinegar. Mushrooms boil until cooked. One onion finely chopped and lightly fried in vegetable oil. The second head is also ground and mixed with garlic, passed through the press. Mushrooms cut with small straws and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and sugar to taste, as well as vegetable oil.

Simple salad

Dried mushrooms for cooking need not be prepared independently, especially if you do not understand their kinds. You can buy them in the supermarket, which will be easier and safer. For the next recipe, you need two handfuls of any dried mushrooms, three eggs, onions, medium carrots, salt, black pepper and mayonnaise for refueling. We start with the preparation of mushrooms. Fill them with boiling water and leave for a while. Then cook for about 30 minutes, without changing the water, but adding salt. We take the mushrooms from the broth, cool and cut into long pieces. You can use the soup to make soup, only it must be filtered. Then fry the mushrooms in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil and cream. To taste, sprinkle salt and pepper. Do not overexpose this product on fire, otherwise the salad from dried mushrooms will turn out to be dry. Carrots are cleaned and three with a large grater. Onions cut into small cubes. Fry these two vegetables in vegetable oil. Cooked eggs three on a grater and mix all the ingredients. We fill the salad from dried mushrooms with mayonnaise, and if desired, add salt and pepper.

Salad with krill

To prepare the salad, we take three cans of krill (you can substitute boiled shrimps), three handfuls of dried mushrooms, half a bulb, 5 boiled eggs, 300 grams of hard cheese and two large spoons of mayonnaise. We'll spread the salad with the dried mushrooms layers. The first layer is chopped krill or shrimp (the third part). Mushrooms are soaked in hot water, boiled for 7 minutes and crushed, and as carefully as possible. This will be the second layer of salad. Bulb finely chopped and fried in a pan. We cool and spread the next layer. Next go grated eggs with a grater. Then we spread the remaining krill. Completing our culinary masterpiece will be grated cheese. Be sure to cover all the layers with mayonnaise, so that the salad turns juicy. Salad from dried mushrooms is ready. If it will stand for a while, then cover it with a film so that the top layer - cheese - does not dry up.

Salad of chicken and mushrooms

Mushrooms are very well combined with chicken meat, so this salad is very like your guests. For cooking, take 400 grams of chicken fillet, 150 grams of dried mushrooms, 150 grams of mayonnaise, three eggs, spices, salt and greens. Chicken meat boil until cooked. In the water, we must add spices (bay leaf, salt and whole bulb), so it turns out fragrant fillets. Then cut it into small cubes. Mushrooms are pre-soaked, boiled and cut very finely. Cooked eggs grind with a knife or three on a grater. All the ingredients are laid out in a salad bowl and dressed with mayonnaise. To taste we put salt and pepper. When serving on top, sprinkle with chopped herbs. It turns out a delicious salad with dried mushrooms. The recipe is very simple, but also suitable for a festive table.
