No matter how the traditions change, and no matter what volumes are written about healthy nutrition, cake is still an invariable attribute of almost any celebration. However, the modern rhythm of life dictates its conditions and the owners often do not have enough time to create a real treat, and store options often leave much to be desired. Let's give the simplest version of goodies. Gingerbread (500 g), without additives or vanilla, are cut, depending on the size, in half or on three plates. Sour cream (fat and thick, 250-300 g) is beaten with sugar powder (100 g). Bananas (3 pieces) are either cut into thin mugs, or kneaded with a fork. In the second case, they can immediately add to the cream.

To prepare, you need a deep form, preferably a glass one, so that the layers of the cake are visible. The gingerbread is laid out on the bottom with slices upwards. They are covered with cream. Then they put on pieces of bananas. So gradually the cake is formed. The last layer should be a cream. The form is closed and sent to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Then the cake is taken out, covered with a plate and turned over. From the top, the finished delicacy needs to be smeared with cream and decorated at will: with fruit, biscuit crumbs or nuts. Gingerbread cake with bananas is ready. You can make it in a split form or on a wide dish. In this case, you do not need to turn the treat after cooling.
