Home-made sweets "Korovka" - favorite treat

Candy "Korovka" - one of the most favorite delicacies of children. Their creamy taste is so soft and memorable that it's hard to stop by trying once. At the same time, "Korovka" sweets (whose composition, if prepared in industrial conditions, can contain flavors and preservatives) is very easily manufactured at home. The preparation requires the most usual ingredients, and the result will not only be terrificly tasty, but also much more useful than the store version.

Home-made sweets "Korovka"

The recipe is quite simple, but the cooking time is long-at least six hours. Take 600 grams of sugar, 200 grams of milk powder (you can buy it in the department of children's products), 0.5 liters of regular milk (only not fat-free, but whole) and 100 grams of unsalted butter. In addition, fireproof dishes with a thick bottom will be needed. Mix in it two kinds of milk and sugar. Cook this mixture for about an hour until it turns into a light beige color. By the way, if you continue to keep on the fire, you can get home-made condensed milk. To make candy "Korovka", you need to add butter and continue cooking, stirring constantly. The mixture should gradually thicken and darken, acquiring the color and flavor of boiled condensed milk. Be careful, because the mass can start to burn - so you can not stop stirring. When the mixture is thick enough, it needs to be slightly cooled, put in a rectangular shape on the parchment. The mass will be quite sticky and viscous. Cover it with another sheet of parchment and let it freeze. Cut the delicacy into pieces, wrap each of them in "wrappers" from parchment or roll in powdered sugar. It can happen that the "Korovka" sweets do not stop, then you can take them out of the mold and put them back in the pan, adding a little oil. Blend the mixture on a small fire, respect and again put it on the parchment. In the candy mass you can add nuts (almonds or peanuts), pieces of candied fruit, marmalade, airy rice.

You may not have dried milk - this is not the most affordable product. In this case, let us present to your attention another recipe. Make such sweets in small quantities to learn how to comply with technology. You will find that they taste like shopping. Take four tablespoons of sugar and milk, a teaspoon of vegetable oil (refined) and a tablespoon of creamy. First, mix the milk and sugar in the fireproof dish. When it dissolves, add the vegetable oil, heat over a maximum heat for three minutes, stirring. Then reduce heat and cook for another twenty minutes. It is necessary to stir constantly. Forms should be greased with butter and pour in them a hot mixture. Thirty minutes later the candy "Korovka" will harden.

Another recipe will allow you to prepare this delicacy from sour cream, sugar and honey. The first two ingredients need to take 400 grams. A honey will need a glass. All mix, heat on low heat and cook for 25 minutes. Thickened mass can be cut into pieces.
