For the test, take:

- flour of the highest quality - two glasses;

- sour cream homemade fatty or good curdled milk - a glass;

- sugar - a glass;

- eggs - two pieces;

- homemade jam (cherry, apricot, quince, you can take a mixture of dried fruits) - a glass.

For the cream you will need:

- butter - a packet;

- Condensed milk - half a jar.

Prepare the dough. To do this, we'll take sour cream with sugar and eggs. Then we will add flour and mix the dough, breaking the formed lumps. The dough should look like a thick sour cream. Divide the resulting mass into three equal parts and pour it into special baking molds, oiled. We will bake cakes at a temperature of 200 degrees until a crispy crust appears on top. We'll get the cakes and let them cool down.

Prepare the cream. We carefully mix the softened butter and condensed milk to a homogeneous consistency. Let's cool it. When the cakes cool in the refrigerator, they will need to soak with fruit jam, smearing them evenly. Then apply a cream of condensed milk and butter on each cake. Let's get down to the design. Cake "Trumpet stump" should be laid out "carelessly", so that its shape resembled a real stump. On top decorate with the remains of cream and pieces of fruit from jam. You can make a sweet chocolate and pour it on top of the cake. The recipe for sweets :

- sugar (sugar powder) - three quarters of a glass;

- cocoa - two tablespoons;

- Milk - one hundred milliliters;

- Butter - seventy grams.

Mix the dry cocoa powder and sugar (sugar powder), heat the milk and let it into a mixture of sugar and cocoa. - eggs - three pieces;

- sugar - one glass;

- sour cream (kefir) - one glass;

- flour - two glasses;

- jam (any) - one glass;
