You have a festive dinner on your nose , and you do not know what dishes to snatch? Then this article is for you, since we will offer you the best dishes that will be relevant for any holiday. Namely, we would like to offer you four recipes for a festive table. Accordingly, it will be: a layered salad with chicken liver, a roll of chicken "Marble", a dish called "Royal Fish" and, of course, a dessert in the form of a holiday cake with strawberries. Such dishes will be prepared for our future celebrations.

The first recipe: Well, let's start with making a cake, as the recipes of cakes always require a lot of time. For the cake, we wanted to warn you, you need a confectionery bag!

Ingredients:
• Wheat flour - 1 glass.
• Strawberries - 0.5 kilograms.
• Butter - 1 packet.
• Eggs - 6.
• Cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoonfuls.
• Brown sugar - 200 grams.
• Syrup - 2 tablespoons.
• Marmalade - 1 tablespoon.
• Vanilla essence - 0.25 teaspoonfuls.
• Almond (crushed) - 100 grams.
• Cherry canned - 200 grams.
• Dried fruits - 1 kilogram.
• Lemon - 1 piece.
• Sugar powder - 1 kilogram.
• Salt - 0.25 teaspoonfuls.
 

The recipe for a holiday cake with strawberries

1. From the very beginning of cooking cake with strawberries, we heat the oven to 150 degrees.
2. Take a baking dish round or square. We'll make her food paper.
3. We take out the container and mix salt, cinnamon and wheat flour in it.
4. Using a mixer, beat the butter until smooth.
5. Add the sugar, molasses, marmalade and vanilla to the butter and whisk again.
6. In the resulting mass, we break 4 eggs in sequence, without stopping the whipping process. Together with the eggs, add a tablespoon of a mixture of salt, flour and cinnamon.
7. Add the remaining flour and mix thoroughly.
8. Then add dried fruit, almonds and cherries to the dough. Mix everything together until uniform.
9. Transfer the dough into the prepared form and put it in the oven. Bake for 3 hours.
10. We check the readiness with a toothpick. If necessary, you can increase the total time. As a result, the foundation is ready.
11. Now prepare the cream. For this we need egg whites. It is necessary to ensure that the proteins are viscous. To them we add sugar powder and lemon juice.
12. Mix everything and put it in a confectioner's bag.
13. We decorate our foundation with cream. We put the berries of strawberries up.
As a result, our festive strawberry cake is ready for celebration. We put it in the fridge soak.

The second recipe: However, the rest of the dishes are not ready yet! Let's turn to the chicken roll cooking called "Marble". Roulette recipes are very relevant today, because we think for a holiday such a roll will be right.

Ingredients:
• Chicken fillet - 0,7 kg.
• Paprika ground sweet - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic - 4 cloves.
• Gelatin - 30 grams.
• Salt / pepper - according to your taste.
• Green parsley and dill (dried) - 0.5 teaspoonfuls a day.

The recipe for a chicken roll called "Marble"

1. Preparation of chicken roll should begin with cutting chicken fillets into small pieces.
2. To the pieces add finely chopped paprika, garlic, greens and gelatin. Solim and pepper.
3. Mix thoroughly together.
4. We take out the sleeve for baking and put the prepared products into it. Fix securely.
5. Then put the sleeve in the baking dish.
6. Preheat the oven so that the temperature is 180 degrees Celsius. Then put the form in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes.

Recipe Three: Two dishes are ready, but we have not cooked a dish called "Tsar's Fish". As the name suggests, "Tsar's fish" is a fish dish. As you know, fish dishes are very useful for our body. They contain useful substances and a lot of vitamins. Therefore, for the holiday must necessarily be stocked with at least one fish dish.

Ingredients:
• Fish, fillets - 0,9 kg.
• Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece.
• Tomato - 1 piece.
• Mayonnaise - 150 grams.
• Cheese hard grades - 100 grams.
• Salt / pepper / spices - according to your taste.
• Onion - 2 onions.

The recipe for cooking "Tsar fish"

1. From the beginning of cooking "Royal Fish" we take fish fillets and cut it into pieces, so that they have a portion size.
2. Then cut the onions into rings. We cut the tomato into half rings. We cut the peppers into squares.
3. Next, take a bowl and mix mayonnaise, pepper, salt and spices in it.
4. Then add the fish pieces to the bowl and mix it gently.
5. Cover the bowl with a lid and send it to the refrigerator for about twenty minutes.
6. We take out the pan. We cover it with food paper.
7. We lay the fish fillets on the baking sheet. Then grease it with mayonnaise.
8. To the top of the fish lay half-rings of a tomato, a ring of onions and squares of bell pepper.
9. From above we put a mesh of mayonnaise.
10. Grate the cheese on a grater and sprinkle it with our fish.
11. Preheat our oven so that it had a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
12. We put the dish in the oven. The cooking time is about 30 minutes.
After the time specified above, "The Tsar's Fish" is ready. This dish will be the decoration of your table.

The fourth recipe: But there is still some dish that must be on the festive table. This dish is of course a salad. Recipes of salads are teeming with the whole Internet, but we will prepare an excellent layered salad with chicken liver.

Ingredients:
• Chicken liver - 0.5 kg.
• Potatoes - 4 potatoes.
• Onions - 1 onion.
• Lemon - 0,5 pieces.
• Garlic - according to your taste
• Pepper fragrant - several peas.
• A laurel leaf - several leaves.
• Lemon juice - 200 milliliters.
• Carrots - 1 piece.
• Greens - according to your taste.
• Eggs - 2.
• Salt / pepper - according to your taste.
• Sour cream - 1 package.

Recipe for cooking puff lettuce with chicken liver

1. For the very beginning of cooking puff lettuce with chicken liver we wash chicken liver.
2. Then we put water in a pan and put it on the fire. After bringing it to a boil, we lower the liver into the water. After about 1.5 minutes, drain the water, and wash the liver. Then we pour new water. In it we add pepper in peas, laurel leaves and an onion. Cook for 15 minutes after the water boils.
2. In another saucepan, boil the carrots and potatoes right in the skin. After that, let's cool and clean the vegetables. Carrots and potatoes grated.
3. We clean the onion and cut it finely on a plate. In lemon juice marinate onions.
4. Then remove the cooked liver from the pan. We cut it with thin straws. A little salt and put it on a dish.
5. We lay a layer of pickled onion.
6. On top of the onion layer, lay the grated carrot.
7. On top of the carrot we apply a sieve mesh.
8. We put grated potatoes on top. Solim.
9. On top of the potatoes, we apply a sieve mesh.
10. On top of the salad we decorate with greens and, if desired, a boiled egg.
As a result, a layered salad with chicken liver is ready. This salad will be a perfect addition to any meat and fish dish.
