Try to pull your stomach and do not tilt your head and chin forward. Mentally count to 100, and repeat with the left foot. 3rd Exercise

Take the shock absorber belt and straighten up. The shock absorber should be hooked at the left foot, the tape itself should be in a crosswise position. Holding on to the ends of a rubber band, raise hands in the parties, also lifting them. Find the position of the hands, with which you would feel the muscles of the hands. 4th Exercise

Hook the shock absorber tape by the left leg, as in the previous position. Cross the rubber band, take its ends and pull your hands forward to a parallel position in relation to the floor. Feel how the muscles of the shoulder work . The left leg is slowly retracted, strain the gluteal muscles. Then, you need to bend your foot in the knee. Feel the tension of the gluteus muscles and muscles of the back of the thigh. As in all other exercises, you need to hold out in this position until you count to 100. Then, similar actions are taken from the right foot. Keep in mind that by performing these effective weight loss exercises, you should monitor the smoothness of all movements.
