Confectioner Alexander Seleznev and his incredible recipes

The purposeful, strong and constantly learning something Alexander Seleznev is an example for the younger generation as to how to take their "place under the sun". A guy from an ordinary family, having a sewing engineering education and a call of heart - a diploma of a cook school, could become a famous confectioner, radio and TV presenter. His original cakes decorate most of the festive ceremonies of show business stars, and figures of mastic are so inspiring to the Diva that they are awarded places among the exhibits of the "edible" collection from A. Seleznev.

Childhood

Confectioner Alexander Seleznev was born in Podolsk on March 8, 1973. When the boy was 4 years old, their father left them: his mother and two sons. At the age of five, Alexander was diagnosed with mumps and rubella, and as a result, he lost his hearing. But this did not prevent its further development. Sasha studied in an ordinary school, only sat on the first desk to better see the wiggling of the teachers' lips. He said in an interview that he can still watch TV without sound, understanding what they are talking about.

The desire for knowledge of the new led the boy to a choreographic school, to be exact, a class. After all, the village where Sasha grew up consisted of ten five-story houses, one of which was allocated a room for a dance room.

The second hobby of Seleznev was a music school. As Alexander recalls, he asked his mother to buy him "great music", that is, a piano. A woman who raised two sons, although it was too expensive, had such a purchase, but she could not deny her son the desire to self-actualize. Since six years, Alexander Seleznev, whose cakes are now conquering the music stars, went on to learn to play the piano.

The first culinary experience

As a child, the boy was spoiled by his mother and grandmother with their pastries. Since they lived in the private sector, where there was a front garden with apple trees next to each other, my mother often used charlotte. But the child wanted to enjoy his favorite pie every day, and this was the impetus for getting the first culinary experience. Mom at one point said: "If you want, do it yourself," says Alexander Seleznev. Recipes of the Soviet era consisted of a simple set of products, so the charlotte, when Sasha was 7 years old, was prepared from 1 glass of sugar, five eggs and 5 glasses of flour.

Smart guy showed in the purchase of products. Having gone to the village to his grandmother, he brought hen-laying hens and a rooster from there. Putting living creatures in a specially prepared place, Alexander, between classes in the general education school and teaching dance, music, fed and raised birds. For this constantly had fresh eggs for cooking charlottes.

Technical education

As now, every mom believes that creative professions are pampering and you do not feed yourself with such earnings, so in the 90's it was prestigious to study in engineering specialty. In the village where the Seleznev family lived, there was a textile factory, so after graduation, the choice among higher institutions fell on the textile academy. Specialty, which studied Alexander Seleznev, was called "Engineer-designer of textile equipment." Mom asked me to get a diploma for her, she imagined how the whole village was proud of her son working in a textile factory.

Education on the call of the heart

In general, the guy's dream was to work in hotel or restaurant business as a head waiter, however, after a childhood illness that led to hearing loss, the young man suggested that you can realize yourself in the kitchen. So, Alexander Seleznev, recipes for dishes, pies and cakes which at that time were already foreign, understood that he needed to receive a profile education. Being in the third year of the textile academy, the young man tried to enter the culinary college for the third time. The problem was the lack of knowledge in English and German, because at school the boy was studying French.

Purposefulness leapt and this time, Alexander promised the admission committee that if they took him, he would learn the necessary items as soon as possible and finish the institution with a red diploma. And now the young man became a student of the full-time department of the Tsaritsyno College, and in the textile academy he was a pupil of the evening department.

Practice

Heavy 90s: the factory in the village collapsed, money for food was not enough and the guy felt responsible for his younger brother and mother. One day he saw a friend of her mother making products with a knitting machine, and then Alexander Seleznev said: "I can do it too." For the implementation of the conceived guy graduated from sewing knitting courses and began to produce a large scale warm clothes, the deficit of which was felt by Soviet women and was willing to give for tights of 8 rubles. This helped the Seleznev family live well in difficult times for the country.

The culinary college, in which Sasha studied, cooperated with well-known restaurants and hotels, where students of the educational institution could practice. But there were not all, but only those who had blat (quite appropriate word to the dashing 90's). Alexander Seleznev, whose personal life is built on the determination and knowledge of the best, and this time did not miss his chance to get to practice in a distinguished restaurant. At first he was given a rough job: cooking minced meat, slicing salads, frying pancakes. Then half a year Alexander rolled truffles in the confectionery shop, in general, free practice taught the guy everything, even cut the cake into 10 parts exactly 150 grams each piece.

Achievements and personal life

At the age of 30 A. Seleznev opened his own business - "Confectionery House". In addition, Alexander Seleznev received the nomination "The Best Confectioner" in Moscow, taking first place among the contest participants. There are awards from Luxembourg and Switzerland. He is a jury as Russia's ambassador, a chocolate tasting firm that takes 80% of the whole "sweet market".

He works as a TV presenter in the program "Sweet stories", a similar section leads on the radio "Alla". By the way, to get into the TV and radio broadcasts, Alexander graduated from acting courses. Among the achievements of the maestro of culinary delights there is also not one book of recipes.

Favorite work so swallowed Alexander, that time to create a family is not at all. Now forty-two-year-old man lives alone in a country house. Likes to travel. As a creative person, Alexander not only creates beautiful flowers from mastic, but also pays due attention to living plants in his country garden.

Alexander Seleznev, whose photo cakes win many, is a culinary maestro for many show business stars. It stands out from his works an eight-tier masterpiece with a million roses, which Alexander created for the jubilee of the Diva. For two months he personally made flowers out of mastic, and only 10 people were able to take this creation to the stage.

Seleznev met Alla Pugacheva when he invited the singer to bake a cake together on the festive date of the radio "Alla". After that, I wanted to surprise her with my desserts all the time. He studied culinary preferences of Alla Borisovna and became a favorite maestro of baking in the famous Pugachev family.
