Dukan's Diet - What's Her Essence

The Ducant diet belongs to the famous French nutritionist Pierre Ducant, who consists of consuming food containing a small amount of carbohydrates. This method should be followed for several months. If you have a desire, you can take this diet as a basis for proper nutrition in the future, since it not only allows you to lose and do not gain extra pounds, but also cleanses the body and normalizes the material exchange.

The French Ducane diet is based on 4 stages, each of which has its own rules. Nevertheless, in general, the methodology contains a couple of general rules of the following nature:

  • The diet loves a plentiful drink. During the whole course, you should drink at least 2 liters of clean water daily.
  • Oat bran eat every day
  • Be sure to walk in the fresh air for at least 20 minutes every day.
  • Do physical education.

The Ducane diet is especially effective, the main thing is to follow all the rules of all 4-phase methods. Every week, you will lose from three to five kilograms.

Dietary menu features and menu

The first phase of a diet is called an attack. Here you must throw off two to six kilograms. At this stage, there will be a splitting of adipose tissue, so prepare for a short time of discomfort: dry mouth, having a slight odor. Dietary days are calculated based on your weight. So, the excess weight of ten twenty kilograms will require 3-5 days. Excess weight of twenty-thirty kilograms - 5-7 days. More than 30 kg - a week.

The "attack" menu requires protein food. You can afford to enjoy the taste of chicken and turkey, lean ham, veal liver, fish and seafood. Also, eggs, dairy products that are not fat-free are not excluded from the diet. Do not forget about eating 1,5st / l bran oats.

From your daily diet you must exclude lamb, beef, pork, veal, rabbit, duck and goose, and sugar.

The second phase of the diet called "cruise"

Here you should alternate two diets - vegetable and protein. The rotation is completely dependent on the required amount of weight to be dropped:

  • If less than ten kilograms, alternate proteins: vegetables, 1: 1 day.
  • If more than 10 kg, alternate proteins: vegetables, 5/5 days.

During this phase, do not forget to use 2 tbsp. L. Oat bran every day. Also, you can treat yourself to any vegetables, just run away the wax containing starch (potatoes, peas, beans, lentils and avocados). You can cook, bake vegetables or eat them raw. Avoid the use of rice and cereals.

As a special variety, the Ducane diet allows you to pamper yourself with various spices, ajika, hot pepper, milk, cornichons, garlic, gelatin. But, remember, from this list you have to choose only 2 products.

Fixing a diet or a third phase

This stage implies the process of securing the weight achieved during this time. The diet for this type of phase is varied: all products from the first phase are ideal, vegetables from the second, you should eat one serving of fruit daily, 2 slices of bread, mature cheese, twice a week you can eat products with starch content.

At this stage of the diet should increase the intake of oat bran, up to 2,5st / l.

The fourth phase, called stabilization

You must follow two main rules: once a week, use pure protein. It is desirable for them to allocate one day. Daily eat 3 tablespoons of bran oats. Otherwise, you can afford to eat everything you want, just a little.

Dukan's diet - pluses:
