Different ways of making coffee

The vast majority of people on the planet, if not idolized, love this wonderful drink. Many people drink it, but not everyone knows that the ways of making coffee in the world are in the thousands. In different parts of the world there are their own, most favorite recipes for the preparation of this drink. One of the simplest is the way of cooking "in Polish". For this drink you just need to pour the boiled water with ground coffee in a cup and cover it for a while with a lid.

One of the most popular are the ways of making this drink in a special Turkish. They are very different, but they are all united by utensils, in which a beverage is prepared. Such coffee can not be cooked without a special capacity - "Turks", which was created many centuries ago for the preparation of this drink.

The methods of making coffee in this capacity are considered to be the most correct. The most delicious is a drink brewed in a copper turkey.

Methods of making coffee, invented in African and Asian countries:

1. Arabic:

Turku is warmed up on hot sand or fire for 20 seconds. Pour out the dishes from the fire pour sugar (according to your taste). Turku is again sent to the fire until the sugar in it becomes caramelized. We need to closely monitor the sugar, because it can at any time burn. As soon as the sugar has acquired a brown tint, water is poured into the container, after which it is brought to a boil periodically stirring. At this point, 1-2 spoons of finely ground coffee are poured into the water. The drink is constantly stirred, and in order to not boil the coffee too quickly, a tablespoon of iced water is added to it. After adding water, the drink should not be disturbed. When the foam begins to rise quickly, the drink is removed from the fire. Once again add a spoon of cold water to boiling coffee and again put the turkey on fire.

This procedure can be repeated up to 4 times. As a result of this procedure, a very strong and fragrant coffee is obtained.

2. Turkish:

Turku is filled to the point where it narrows cold water and is sent to the fire. Add sugar to taste and warm water a little. It can not be brought to a boil. Add ground coffee to the heated water. Turku put on a small fire and watch the process. When the foam is formed, the dishes are removed from the fire. After the foam settles, the drink is again sent to the fire. This procedure is performed up to 4 times. After the last formation of foam, the coffee is mixed and poured into cups. The drink is drunk after the ground coffee has completely settled to the bottom of the cup.

3. Egyptian:

Poured into the fire, the Turk was poured water (125 ml). The capacity is put on a fire and heated, not bringing water to a boil. In the hot water add a tablespoon of coffee grind. Turku again put on a small fire and bring it to a boil. The resulting foam is removed with a spoon and transferred into a cup. Three times with the formation of foam, it is removed and again the boiling of coffee is waiting. The finished drink is poured into cups and sugar is added to it to taste.

The methods of making coffee in a Turkish, invented by the inhabitants of European countries are also diverse. Below is the recipe for making this drink "in French":

In the preheated Turk, add ground coffee. Do not overdo it with its quantity, since this way of making coffee presupposes that at the end of cooking a not too strong drink should turn out. On a small Turk you need to use no more than two teaspoons of coffee. Pour water into a container and put it on a small fire. When forming the foam, add sugar to taste and carefully mix the drink with a spoon until the sugar dissolves completely. When re-forming the foam, coffee is removed from the fire and the drink is poured over the cups.
