Delicious recipe for briol

Brizol is a delicious meat dish (most often), which is cooked quickly and easily, referring to the name of the dish. Although this is not the name of the dish itself, but rather the name of the method of its preparation, since the briol is of different types: meat, fish, with seafood and even vegetarian with vegetables. In general, the scope for fantasy is large, the recipe for brosol depends on the products that you usually consume and on your desire to please your household.

The most common and presented as a classic recipe, pork briol, so I want to talk about this recipe.

How to cook briars?

So, for the preparation of briol, we need the following ingredients:

- minced pork meat 500 grams

- eggs of chicken 5-6 pieces

- flour

- vegetable oil for frying

- salt, pepper to taste

- greens at your discretion

The recipe for briol is simple enough. First, prepare the stuffing: drive it into one egg, salt, pepper, mix well, you can also add minced chopped herbs and garlic to mince in your discretion.

Then from the stuffing we form small balls and put them on a flat plate. We take a large ditch and sprinkle it abundantly with flour. After this, a rather complicated procedure follows, requiring certain skills (experience). We take these meat balls, put them on a board with flour and roll them out with a thin cake, so that the cake is completely covered with flour from all sides.

Preliminary need to prepare a separate plate of egg mass, in which we will dipped the briol. For this we take eggs, break them into a deep plate, salt, pepper and beat well with a fork or a whisk. We pour the resulting mass into a flat plate (it is possible in parts, so it is more convenient to catch briol from a liquid).

Roll stuffed in a flat cake carefully to a plate with egg mass and dip it completely, so that there is no dry areas with flour. If you are not sure that you will get it the first time, you can use a flat spoon to turn the briol.

After all this procedure, the briol must be laid just as neatly on a hot frying pan with sunflower oil. The frying pan must be pre-warmed up so that the egg immediately grabs and does not spread throughout the pan. But then immediately reduce the fire so that the egg does not burn, as we will need a little more time to roast the meat inside the briol. Be sure to cover the frying pan with a lid, then the briars will turn out juicy and fried. After a while, turn the briol over to the other side and fry it from all sides. You can then roll it with a tube and fry it again. After that we remove from the pan, lay on a plate and sprinkle with herbs. Briol is ready!

Some other options for brewing.

Some housewives cook briol with grated cheese, if you like cheese, then this recipe for brosol is for you. In this recipe, when you remove the briol from the frying pan, lay it on a flat plate, grease it with mayonnaise (or any sauce to the meat) and sprinkle with grated cheese of solid sorts. If all this is done quickly, while the briol is hot, the cheese melts and melts the top of the briol. It's very tasty and satisfying.

Also, other ingredients, for example seafood (squid, shrimp, mussels, etc.) can be included in the recipe of brosol instead of the meat filling, you can add olives, lemon, various spices to improve or change the taste sensations.
